This jar, however, is truly pop open and enjoy and would completely satisfy you for a full meal. It's a traditional Italian conservas of preserved tuna with potatoes and flavored with rosemary. While we've eaten it many times as our lunch, it's also a great addition to any charcuterie or cheese board, or an appetizer to a meal, or simple an addition to cocktail hour.
