Fillets Branzino (Sea Bass), grilled, and preserved in Olive Oil. Great straight out of the tin, but even better if you add it to hot pasta, heat the tin slowly (or out of the tin in the microwave or on the stove top -the packaging gives you heating times!). We love this as a pasta topper. Truly a special treat, and something you can make at home quickly.
