Bravas Sauce: spicy tomato sauce that's commonly found on potatoes in Spain. This version is sweet pepper based with some fresh chili and chili extract to bring a bit of heat.
Horse Mackerel: Species of fish that are actually not Mackerel! Part of the jack family, this fish is meatier, firmer and hold really well in stews (and being tinned!). They're a bit more fishy and earthy tasting than true mackerel.

This tin is fully of small horse mackerel bodies in this delicious 'spicy' sauce. We like to say 'European spicy' to folks who are worried about the heat level (ie, don't worry! :) )
