Cold smoked large Mediterranean  mussels farmed off the coast of WA state. 

Ekone started out as a small family business, who smoked oysters for friends and the demand rose so they started smoking oysters and fish for others. Recently the famed Taylor Shellfish Farms (another family owned business) purchased this canning company to expand their lineup. We love to see buy-outs of this nature and our proud to carry a fellow WA company!
