Opening this tin is a delight - the small squids almost look like jewels sparkling in the inky sauce. Each squid is cleaned and tentacles removed, before being stuffed back into the main cavity, carefully by hand. They're then quickly steamed and preserved in a classic ink sauce with tomato and wine. 

One of the more daring tins - enjoy on bread or if you love squid ink pasta, cook some pasta, chop up this tin and pour it over your freshly cooked pasta with the sauce (can add a little more marinara sauce or good quality olive oil, chopped pasta and fresh cherry tomatoes!
