Pickled Sauce: also known as 'escabeche' - this is not a dill pickle sauce like many of us want to think. Instead it's a savory vinegary/oil sauce that has some brightness from the vinegar but isn't actually 'pickling' anything. One of our favorite ways to preserve mussels - we're big fans.

This tin features delicious Mediterranean mussels in this slightly spicy, bright, delicious sauce. Mussels are nice and bouncy (not slimy, not chewy, not mushy).
