These mussels from Spain North-western Galician Rias are presented in a lush rich sauce with natural ingredients. They are fully cooked and ready to eat as appetizer or delicious entrée.

The Spanish Ramon Pena company is equipped with the most modern technology to process top quality seafood, mostly from the fishery around the inland estuaries (Rias) of the Galicia region. In fact, these mussels are 100% from the Galician Rias. The mussels are purified, boiled, and shucked. Then, they are fried in olive oil, cooled down; and, manually one by one, they are cleaned of the mussel's beard. Lastly, once more manually, they are placed in cans and covered with a natural pickled sauce.
