We featured this paté this summer on our food menu and it was a huge heat. A combination of tuna, anchovies, olive oil, salt, and a touch of dried milk this is a great example of pure ingredients preserved well with out added fillers or crazy amount of preservatives.

Enjoy on crackers or bread - or we served it with fresh vegetables and sliced apples. A small jar, but a little goes a long way and keeps open in fridge for about a week.
