If you haven't had a spanish torta, you're in for a treat. If you're familiar with the mexian sandwich, ignore that concept for a minute (although we love those tortas, too). Tortas is flat bread, fried in olive oil and topped with different seasoning. this one is a savory version (the others are a tad sweet) with a hint of Rosemary and Thyme (not overwhelming - which is easy to do with these strong, woody herbs). Pair with cheese and red wine!
